Abstract Update of Complete Skin Regeneration-Dr Maurizio Ceccarelli
Update of the complete skin regeneration protocol
The regeneration of the skin allows to restore of the original sizes of the skin tissue that loses consistency and volume with aging.
The current protocol provides:
• differentiation of the quiescent stem cells in young fibroblasts
• proliferative and metabolic stimulation of the newly formed fibroblasts
• Insertion of a scaffold, made with autologous fibrin, to improve the regeneration in specific districts
• Normalization of the matrix pH to facilitate the reticular collagen synthesis
• Addition of aminoacids, precursors of the matrix components in order to optimize the new formation
