Cancellations received up to 30 days before the course (until 20 February 2026 inclusive) are eligible for an 80% refund.

Cancellations received between 29 and 15 days before the course (21 February – 6 March 2026) are eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations received less than 14 days before the course (from 7 March 2026) are non-refundable.
