Endopeel® Workshops — Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply exclusively to Endopeel® training workshops and educational events organized by Styling Cosmetics AG.

By registering for an Endopeel® workshop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

Endopeel® workshops are strictly reserved for licensed physicians and healthcare professionals legally authorized to practice aesthetic or medical procedures in their country of practice.

By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Registration and Participation

Registration is personal and non-transferable without prior written approval.
The number of participants is strictly limited to ensure optimal hands-on training.
The organizer reserves the right to refuse or cancel a registration if eligibility criteria are not met.

3. Workshop Content and Educational Purpose

Endopeel® workshops are educational and professional training events.

They do not constitute:

medical advice to patients,
certification to practice medicine beyond local legal frameworks,
or a guarantee of specific clinical outcomes.

Participants remain fully responsible for their medical acts and clinical decisions.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Due to the limited number of participants and the preparatory work required for hands-on training, the following cancellation policy applies:

Cancellations received up to 30 days before the workshop date are eligible for an 80% refund.
Cancellations received between 29 and 15 days before the workshop date are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations received less than 14 days before the workshop date are non-refundable.

Substitution by another eligible physician may be accepted upon prior written approval.

5. Late Registration Fees

Registrations received shortly before the workshop may require additional administrative and organizational preparation and may therefore be subject to a late registration fee, as indicated at the time of booking.

6. Program Modifications

The organizer reserves the right to:

adjust the workshop program,
modify the schedule,
replace speakers if necessary,

without altering the educational value of the training.

7. Liability

Participants attend the workshop at their own professional responsibility.

Styling Cosmetics AG shall not be held liable for:

clinical decisions made by participants,
use or interpretation of the techniques taught,
indirect or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All workshop materials, presentations, images, and educational content are the intellectual property of Styling Cosmetics AG or its licensors.

Recording, reproduction, or distribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law.

Any dispute arising in connection with Endopeel® workshops shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Switzerland.
